    Hi Lahmstanley,

Via the next page, you can acquire trial licenses for Project Operations.
Start a Free Trial | Microsoft Dynamics 365

Once you completed the trial order, you can deploy a PPAC environment using the instructions as show in the next video. Instead of Finance, deploy one of the Project Operations templates.

Don't forget to assign licenses to the users who need to have access to the Dynamics 365 Project Operations core functionalities.

I suggest you ask help from two forums and related support teams of Microsoft.
    1) Microsoft 365 (Office 365)
    2) Azure
Pinning the app on dashboard is a task of Microsoft 365/Azure teams.
If your created support call with Dynamics support team, they would have no idea about your problem. Ask them to transfer your call to M365 team or create a support call using this link https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/support/requests

    Hi Andre,

Unfortunately not, and Microsoft has not been helpful either. I was contacted by someone from Microsoft but they had no idea how to deploy it. very frustrating.

    Hi Lahmstanley,

Were you able to deploy and find the Project Operations environment, or do you still need help? If would be great if you can provide us with an update.

    Hi @Lahmstanley

You are trying it on LCS which was used to deploy Dynamics 365 Finance.

If you want to install Dynamics 365 Project Operation (CE-version) Please go to "https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/" > Manage > Environments and create a new environment as explained by @Sohaib as above.

If you are looking for D365 Finance - Project Management & Accounting, you have to install Dynamics 365 Finance and for that you can find some document in Microsoft Learn docs.

    Thanks,
    CA Gaurangkumar Jani

    Hi Sohaib,

I am still stuck here:. I suspect this is the reason I cannot pin it yet? Why is it so hard to deply an app I have paid for? How can I get past this?

    Hi,
Once you have the app, you have many ways to go from there.

as an admin you can publish app on apps centeral/home page https://myapps.microsoft.com/

    Thanks Gents.
Just to confirm, once deployed, the product is run in the Power Apps platform?

    I cannot find it here:

    Hi  Lahmstanley,

In addition to the suggestion from Sohaib, a global administrator can acquire a trial license for Project Operations in Marketplace on the M365 admin portal. Then you can deploy a Trial instance, instead of a Sandbox.

    Hi,
As you have no other system before, you will follow two steps process.
    1) Install a new instance of Dataverse
    2) Install the app (Dynamics 365 for Project Operations)

to somewhat I disagree with the documented process, as you have also the option to complete both steps in one go (in other words deploying the app and dataverse at the same time)

Please give it a go and let us know if you face any issues:

Choose , the option to deploy the D365 apps as well

choose the correct app, which in your case is not ERP one, as you do not have the F&O system.
