Hello All Experts,
I am importing 1100 records from within the CRM and modifying all the 1100 records for one of the field.
while importing only 700 records are getting successfully updated while the 400 are throwing below issue.
A record was not created or updated because a duplicate of the current record already exists. |
what i think is that records gets updated based on the guid when we import the records.
do anyone know how can we overcome this issue.

Please check if there is other duplicate detections rules for other fields of the entity.
Go to Settings->Data Management->Duplicate detections Rules
