Hey i try to configure my self-service portal but after i add few users it just disappear and now i dont have the option of customer self service
you can see in the pic that i have all the other but my customer self service gone it done show in my inactive
a few days ago i have also a customer self service portal any suggestion?
i try to restart the portal but no luck.
and i cant reset or restore the portal because all the impotent data that change in the last days and also the restore point that i have now all in the same situation

it is wont help because i don't have it in my inactive.
also i try to install again the customer self service but it stuck on pending
i also try to restart the portal and i try also to update my Dynamics 365 instance and it have been over 24H and it still stuck and nothing happened any advice?
is there something i need to do to make it happened ? maybe log off all the dynamic users?
Hi bar,
Select the Inactive Websites view.
Select Customer Self-Service, then click the ACTIVATE button on the command bar.
Finally, back to the Active Websites view, the Customer Self-Service has been activated.
