Non-interactive User Account in Dynamics 365 On-premise

Posted on by 3,155 Moderator

Hi,

We are in a situation where integration user account should not be allowed to login to CRM via web. When I was searching over the internet, read about non-interactive user account which can fulfill this requirement. When I check the same in our Dynamics 365 on-premise instance, I couldn't see 'Non-Interactive' option under Access Mode field on User form, but it is available in field customization. I am curious to know whether it possible to have non-interactive user account in Dynamics 365 on-premise or not. If not, how to setup integration account which is non-interactive?

Thanks

    Hi Partner,

Unfortunately, 'Non-Interactive' option is only available for online version.

If you have any question about user authentication about on-premise, you could refer to the following links.
