Hello,
I am encountering an issue in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 when trying to confirm a purchase order. The error message I receive is:
“The source document lines cannot be finalized until the status is Confirmed.”
This error prevents me from finalising the purchase order. I have checked the status of the purchase order and ensured that all necessary fields are filled out correctly. Despite this, the error persists.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, could you please provide guidance on how to resolve it? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Have you checked if you have a customization that can be the culprit here? Do you have this only with this order or multiple orders?
