The Guide and the REMOTE ASSIST license are being used by different instances of the same domain.
However, my guide license expires first, so I will not use it for a certain period of time and then use it again later.
If I continue to use the license of REMOTE ASSIST, will all the data in the environment DB of the guide be kept without being deleted during the period of use?
Hi Junwoo, I advise opening a support ticket so a CSS engineer can examine your setup. They can look at factors such as your storage capacity, environment types, etc., and provide guidance on how to retain your data during the lapsed period. There are some considerations they can help with, namely:
Personally, I don't think you'll have to stress over this but given the importance of keeping data, get the definitive answer from CSS who can look at your setup. I'll follow up if I find any additional guidance or clarifications.
