Hi I am trying to run latest platform update on my dev machine. But getting these errors.

Please help me to resolve these.

Hi Priya,

What version are you updating from? Did you try downloading the log to check the full error?

Hi Gunjan. yes I tried to download the log file but could not open the Error file due to unzip issue.

I am upgrading from Version: Update39 (7.0.5816.35651)

Hi Priya,

you need to be able to read the logs. So please solve the unzip issue and find more info from the logs.

Look for the ones that correspond to the failed steps. So in your screenshot, everything that is related to steps 72 and 73. This way you will see logs from steps 72 and 73.
