Explode Phantom route

Hello,

My customer have FG with phantom items, although the time consumption for these phaton assembly is being considered directly on the FG route

So the route for these phatoms are desactivated and their time been added directly to the operation from the main FG.

But now they would to sell these items as spare parts, so they will start producing them separatly not part as the main FG,

In that case they will create production order with the ''phantom item'', post the material and time consumption, in that case the route initially disactivated will need to be activated

But as consequences, once the route are activated they will be exploded in the main FG prodcution order and the time will be twice consumed

What will be the best way to manage this scenario ?
