Control form interface language

Hey everyone

Can anyone tell me how to get the following working in CustomerVoice? I've tried it in Forms and there it seems to work. Is it a bug?

https://support.office.com/en-us/f1/topic/b282f9aa-0fe4-4290-b1e1-827a8a35ac27?showContactUsNav=False&ns=MICROSOFTFORMS&version=16

This link is even shown in the help tab in CustomerVoice, therefore it should work there as well.

Any help is appreciated and with best regards,
Daen

    Hey Arjun

I'm sorry, but this doesn't work for me. It does change the information text "Loading..." for whatever language I choose. But then the answer description stays in English.

It gives me the feeling that this is a bug.

    Best regards,

    Daen

    Hey Arjun

I'm sorry, but it's not clear for me yet. Do mean that I need to add "&lang=de" to force the recipients using the German language? If so, I've tried it and my descriptions like "Select your answer" are still shown in English.

Or is there something else to change?

    Thanks so far,

    Daen

    Hi Daen,

    To render a survey in a specified language using the lang parameter the format of the URL is : https://customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id={surveyid}&lang={languagecode}

    example: https://customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRadsfafdar7878asdfa78asd121121v343&lang=de

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Customer Voice Team
