Electronic reporting Import error: Unresolved references left - Reference of the object 'Model mapping: CT mappingCopy-CustomerCreditTransferInitiation' to the object 'Model' ({xxx}) cannot be established

Dear all,

my task was to change the design of the covering letter of the ISO20022 Credit Transfer configuration in electronic reporting. We had introduced some new fields that should be shown. So I derived a new payment model, a new model mapping 1611 (and even a new model mapping to destination to avoid the error "missing model to destination) both based on the new model and eventually a new format configuration with adapted excel sheet. All works fine here.

Now I want to transfer all 4 new configurations to another machine via export and import XML -

import of new model works, but for model mapping 1611 I get error: Unresolved references left - Reference of the object 'Model mapping: CT mappingCopy-CustomerCreditTransferInitiation' to the object 'Model' ({5CF06B80-C559-4D0D-8321-7107E62D1F56}) cannot be established

Base version is the same than original - what do I miss here? Yes, the new fields are not yet available here - but this shouldn't be the issue.

Do you have an idea?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Evelyn

    Hello All,

I am also facing the same problem. I could able to import the model file but getting the above error while importing the format mapping file. Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello Ludwig,

I had to import an earlier version of the derived model before I could import the model mapping based on that derived model. I found out that the missing version number can be found in the XML first line - PublicVersionNumber. This version need to be imported first before one can import this XML.Thank you for your help.

    Kind regards

    Hello Evelyn,

What comes to my mind would be setting the derived model mapping as the default one.

Not sure if this fixes the issue.

If this does not help can you check what version number you see in model 1611?

In my demo machine it says 43.65.

Do you see the same or a lower number?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
