inventory Action Pane > Compliance > Regulated products

If the Check box 'Reported' is marked true, as per manuals we need to provide usage data during transaction, but i found no difference with or without the check box marked.

As far as I remember, the only thing that marking a product as regulated or reported does is enable the process of validating that product safety data sheets are on record / delivered to the customer and have not expired when creating purchase/sales order lines.

Specifically marking the product as reported means usage data needs to be reported to the authorities for produced items.
