Hello,
We just noticed that when a case is resolved a notification pops into activities. Unfortunately, it doesn't reference which case so it's useless. I found the form but I couldn't modify it or save as to create a new one.
Where do I find this notification so I can disable it?
Thanks,
Beth
Thanks!
Beth
Thanks, Abhishek.
I found them and deactivated them since without a case number or case title they're useless to us.
Thanks, Alok.
This is good information that actually answers another question I had but not this one.
You can disable activity feeds rules.
Go to Settings -> Activity Feeds Configuration
Open Incident record.
Review all the rules.
If Not required deactivate rules.
Hi Beth,
The case resolution entity is not available for customization and this is by design.
Either you can replace case resolution form with dialog as below
Or create your own custom case resolution html web resource and hide existing case resolution button
Here is another blog to achieve similar requirement
