Employee Self Service - My Team

One of my client is not getting an option to "Request new Employee" and "Request new Position" under my team tab in Employee Self Service.

I have provided necessary rights and personnel actions is on for employees. 

Where should I check?

    Hello,

     

    On Human resources shared parameters page, personnel actions tab, check if Enable Position actions is turned on.
