Sender subject line in automatic response email from crm

Hi guys

So I have seen this is possible with outlook, but havent found a solution for CRM as yet. Basically want the subject line of the email sender to be in the automatic response email whcih they receive(the idea is to help and give them more context alongiside their case reference number they receive in the email). I am currently using the OOB case creation rules in crm for this feature. Has anyone been able to do this?

    Hi,

    once the incoming email is created,  store the subject field  in one of the field in case. Then you can  modify the template you used to send to customer.
