    Can you please specify what exact forms you mean by audit logs and history?

    @André Arnaud de Calavon I mean all audit logs, the steps to access this information is usually to select a record in F&O, then to click into the record and select "Options" from the bar at the top action pane, now select "record info", in the pop up select "show all fields", this will take you into a audit record for the current record.

    To my knowledge, the user link will become NULL on respective records. 
     
    Process to follow is to disable the user and remove the security roles and NOT delete the user.

    Hi,
    I have just tested this, and it does not affect the Audit Trail report. The mentioned user has been deleted, but the Audit Trail still displays the user ID.
    Deactivating of such users can be functional approach.
