Dynamics 365 general forum

User default queues are prefixed with #

We are using Dynamics 365 v 8.2 online. For few users created in online CRM, the default queue which is created is prefixed with #.

Can anyone please let me know if there is any reason for this? Or did anyone encounter with the same problem?

The user name does not contain #. 

This is happening for both public and private queues and is happening for random users.

Can anyone please help me?
