Administrative Access changes back to Read-Write

Posted on by 5

Hello,
I tried to create an Administrative User in our CRM System.
I used this link Create users - Power Platform | Microsoft Docs and removed the license.
It worked so far....but after some time (about some hours) the User gets back the Read-Write access without having the license.

We can see in the audit history, that the User License Type changed from Administrative (7) to Read-Write 67, Access Mode changed from Administrative to Read-Write.

How can this work?

Thank you in advance.

Regards, Gabriele

    Hey!

It would be important to notice that in order for the "adminisrative" user to work and not get changed to Read/Write, user can't have any license that allows Dynamics synchronization.  THis means that other licenses like PowerApps per user, PowerApps per app, Project Licenses.  Also, you can try checking the Apps licenses:

Ensure that App licenses like Common Data Service and Flow Free are removed.
