Dynamics 365 Omnichannel for Customer Service: Embed Chat Snippet in Hyperlink on Web Page

Hello Community,

Does anyone have experience doing the following?

On a web page, we have a hyperlink text. When user clicks on the hyperlink, we would like to launch the chat bot on the page without the user needing to click on the widget button to open the chat. How could this be configured? How could we tie the chat snippet to the hyperlink?

Any insights would be appreciated.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, you can't achieve it currently.

    If you don't like the OOb chat widget, you can customize and design your own chat widget:
