Where can i find the sequence number of RMA column in return order ?

Hi All,

I want to know the sequence number for RMA, because i need to review it's settings.

I reviewed the parameters, under setup section in both "Sales and Marketing" and "Account Receivable", but i didn't find anything.

Hi Mina Sarofem,

Please fallow below steps,

1. Goto sales and marketing module > Setup > Sales and marketing parameters

2. You can find the number sequence code here as show below form

3. copy required number sequence code, and go to Organization administration > Common >
number sequences.

4. you can find your number sequence and review and setting here!

RMA number is available as a sequence on "Account Receivable Parameters".

Would you like to have a look again? I can see this in my demo system

Thank you .. but i reviewed all the codes in this page, and i couldn't find it. Can you please put a screenshot for it's settings specially the parts "references and general".

Please find your number sequence, if not may be your number sequence is tagged to another number sequence. so your number sequence may not be present here with the

same name.
