Hi, is there any way to check in CRM who started the email tracking or who is the actual owner of tracked email in CRM??

There is an addon Interactive activity timeline using which you can track Search and Filter activity filter allowing users the ability to only view certain types of activity and search within activities. It also has the capability to search within all or specific entities.
Pleae have a look at the addon, I think it has the feature you are looking for: appsource.microsoft.com/.../
