Is there a report available to view all customers' statistics in summary? Currently, I can only view these statistics on the customer record. We need an easier way to view DSO for all customers.

Hi Wyman

There is no standard report which hold these informations. You have to create a customization for this requirement.

This is the class CredManCustStatisticsCalculator which is used behind the form part to get all the field values.

Hi,

Have you looked into customer aging snapshot?

Set up collections - Finance | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

Its a report that gives you information about all customers regarding collections. As the name indicates, its a snapshot you have to create. F.e. if you create a snapshot for June, 1st, it will give you information from the view of June 1st.

I am not sure if it gives you all the necessary information you need, but I think its worth taking a look.
