Hi Everyone

We've linked MSE to our on-perm CRM 2016 instance. We can manually link posts to CRM instance as a records but when we try to setup automation rules > add action > link to Dynamic 365. We get "no result found" message. How come our CRM instance don't show up here, is it because is our default CRM instance ? 3187.2017_2D00_05_2D00_31_5F00_131640.png

Automation Rules for On-Prem are not in the roadmap.

You can use https://ideas.dynamics.com platform to influence the roadmap.

Thanks for the fast response, do you know if there is any plans in future to support OnPremises CRM for this function ?

Automation Rules - Link2Crm action - isn't supported for OnPremises CRM installations. There is a technical reason for it, related to server-2-server type of authentication.
