Not able to create a trial instance

Hi folks,

For the last 4-5 days I am trying to create a new trial instance but unfortunately it does not get created.

I tried with multiple mobile numbers and email ids but at the last step the registration page says "We need additional information. Contact support."

Does anybody faced the same?

    Hello Nitin,

    When you are trying the create a trial account make sure you are logged out of all the outlook account in that specific browser Because During creation, Microsoft is using already logged in accounts cookies, which will create an issue.

    The best solution will be try to open the browser in incognito mode and then provide the details. It will create the account.

    Hi Nitin Verma,

    I could repro your mentioned issue from signup.microsoft.com/Signup when I sign up for a new trial while this doesn't occur in every phone number as I know.

    I search the error from the exception 'Sorry, we need additional information to verify your identity. Please contact Office 365 Support.' found this is occurred when it's unable to create new trial tenant.

    There're two suggestions for this question:

    1. Sign up new trial Instance without tenant and origin definition as above with following linkge:

    https://trials.dynamics.com/

    2. Raise SR as Ravi suggested to escalate the issue to EG to whitelist your phone number permanently for new trial tenant creation.

    Hi,

    It is possible that the IP (or the IP Range) is blocked cause of multiple trial instances? You can however contact support directly and have them look into it...

    If you have access to office 365 for any other instance then you can access https://admin.dynamics.com to create the support ticket.
