I want to install the Customer Service app in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 trial instance, I am looking for correct official app name in the Dynamics 365 Apps section of the Power Platform Admin Center or Microsoft 365 admin center.
I can't find either the Customer Service Workspace or the Customer Service Hub app.
That’s a common hiccup in trial environments. Go to Power Platform Admin Center -> Resources -> Dynamics 365 apps -> click Install app Dynamics 365 Customer Service. That’s the official package that includes both Hub and Workspace. After installation, give it a few minutes, sometimes they take a bit to appear in the app list.
