Hello,

after I posted statement , when I open detailed trial balance report with specific account of transaction of stores , the subledger of transfer money with visa has not description , It was shown before in 2017 , I will show you with the pictures for that. I think it's some point of setup but I don't know it.

    Hi,

    Can you provide some more details on that? Do the screenprints show the GL voucher form or some other kind of report?

    What do you miss exactly? A desciptive text in the report or a descriptive text that is posted with the voucher?

    Hi Ludwig,

    I miss it in voucher form and detailed trial balance report , I think it was generate automatically before when I posted statement then open trial balance report I found like the description on the right picture , now I miss it and I don't know the reason . I hope this make it more clarify .

    Hi,

    The trial balance report can not show you the invididual descriptions that you have recorded with your vouchers because the trial balance report summarizes the different vouchers and descriptions.

    If the descriptions in the vouchers are missing then please take a look at the organ. admin module and the deault descriptions that you can setup for your different posting types.
