    Hi

Like Johnny suggested, you may not get the best response here as its Dynamics 365 forum not Azure Dev Ops. But I am curious as to why you would want to word documents in TFS.

If you are using Azure DevOps, I assume you guys might already have Sharepoint license and if so Sharepoint would be best choice to managed documents with robust check-in chec-out feature and with really details version history and approval workflow. I would definitely recommend you have a look into storing documents in Sharepoint

    Hi Ramesh,

Firstly, I don't think it's a proper forum to answer about Azure DevOps. While I still ask my colleagues who know this topic.

We collect some Doc articles on "Check Out and Edit" & "Check in your work" with files which could be for your reference.

    Add files: docs.microsoft.com/.../add-files-server

    Check Out and Edit: docs.microsoft.com/.../check-out-edit-files

Check in your work : docs.microsoft.com/.../check-your-work-team-codebase

If you still could not understand the descriptions and operations above, I would suggest you to have a Dev Chat for DevOps Topic with following consultant linkage:

    support.microsoft.com/.../dev-chat-for-office365-azure

    Regards

    Johnny
