Change of expiry

Hi,
 
I have an item going out today that had the wrong expiry.
 
I am trying to change it but having no luck!
 
Could you please assist me?

    If it's hard to find the problem, I suggest you debug it. . . . It might be a problem caused by customization.

    You must have some sort of customization that requires return reason codes. If you populate the return reason code it will work. If it was a dimension, the system will display a warning that mentions the word dimension, and in this case it doesn't.

    the reason code here seems to be a dimension. Normally BC won't ask for reason code. Per my understanding, normal reason code is optional.

    Personalized reason code. add value in it and then try to post it.

    But when I filled all the details, and then post in Item Reclassification journal it is showing the below error.

    Hello,
     
    you can use Item Reclassification Journal for this purpose and enter Document No., Item No. and Location No. so the Item Tracking Lines can filter your entries based on this data on the Item Reclass. Journal row.
     
    Then, open Item Tracking Lines from Item Reclass Journal, choose your lot/serial nos. and enter a new date in the related field.
    If you can not see this field try to add that with personalization.
