I have a client with multiple Legal Entities (all in the same Country) where they want to sync certain Vendor attributes across those Legal Entities. This is more than just Global Address Book, I want to sync attributes for the Vendor Accounts, not just name and address.
I'm already looking at To-Increase MDM Suite. Does anyone have experience of any alternatives?

If you use ccds as mentioned above by Ankit, still some of the attributes won't be synced like Dimensions etc.
To meet those you can think of a copy into legal entity reccurance batch job once or twice per day.
It will meet your requirement.

It as some limitations, but you can control fields to share between companies
Other volunteers mentioned cross company data sharing. To choose between this option or To-Increase MDM, there is a lot of difference. I'm the product owner at To-Increase for the MDM related features.
The main difference is about management around the process and more supporting features and other entities/domains for master data management and data governance. With the MDM suite, we give data stewards control when exactly data is ready to be shared where cross company data sharing will just copy data. E.g. with our solution, we can start data entry workflows in local receiving companies to complete company specific fields, like payment conditions or tax setup. Besides data entry and distribution, we also have a solution to setup data quality policies.
This is just a short summary. I'm not sure if you already talked with one of our specialists. If you have questions, we are happy to answer them.
There are some other solutions available on Microsoft AppSource. They mainly focus on distributing data; not the other aspects of data governance.
