I'm looking for any online courses for the new exams MB-310 , MB-300 for D365 financials , Any support on this
I will talk out of experience including clearing the MB-300 exam.
A considerable amount of the questions in the exam will be from the Microsoft learn self paced learning path. In my case, I have not seen a question outside the scope of Microsoft Learning Path for MB-300.
I haven't taken the MB-310 exam but have done MB-330 and all exam questions were within the scope and understanding of the concepts and material given within the Microsoft Learn learning path.
I am assuming the same for MB-310.
DLP retired content is all available on different learning platforms including the Microsoft learn and docs.microsoft.com.

I can find path guides for the certs MB310 and so on but for MB300 there doesn't seem to be any.

Or can we interpret it as the first three parts are for Mb300?

I'm actually in the same boat! I've resolved to manually go through and learn the subject areas, but am similarly intimidated by the sheer volume of coursework that seems to be needed for one cert. Surely there's something on the way from the Microsoft team?
The problem with MB-300 is that the self-paced learning link just links to the front page of the Microsoft Learn platform..Following the link already provided by MATTGUO, you get 100 results, where the indicated amount of time needed is between 1 hr and 6 hrs, so on maybe 300 hrs just indicated. My experience is that the indicated time is a bit on the optimistic side, so lets say 400 hours to go through the 100 results.
One exam, taking 400 hours of study time.. I'm guessing the learning path is missing. An example is the MB-900, which guides you to a learning path that specifies what material to go through: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/paths/dyn-power-plat-bus-app-fundamentals/
Now, normally it wouldn't be a real big issue, except now Microsoft is saying that these are required for Cloud Business Applications Silver/Gold Partner status - taking effect July 2019.

Can you please elaborate more about the meaning of "You can take the beta exam at a reduced rate (80%), it is done the first come, first serve basis."
Each certification has self paced training option which is present on the exam detail page itself. You can start with that and utilize other resources like DLP and docs.microsoft,com , if you want to study more .You can take the beta exam at a reduced rate (80%), it is done the first come, first serve basis.
