Firstly, apologies if I am in the wrong place. Our Dynamics 365 implementation doesn't have names like, /Business Support/, /Commerce/, /Customer Insights/, etc So I am having to guess

The issue. We have a contact form that has several tabs

This used to work fine in Development, UAT and Production environments

It still does in UAT and Production.

But in Development, when I open the form it briefly looks like above, but then the Events tab disappears

If I look at the form design in Power Platform I can see the tab in all three environments, and it looks the same.

Any ideas what might be different?

Hi Partner,

when I open the form it briefly looks like above, but then the Events tab disappears

Check if there is any js code when the form load, which may act on this tab in the Development tab.
