Hi I am in the process of working on customer self service portal - I could do with various help on the following issues:
1. I need to disable all customers to be able to re-open a case once closed within the form is this under site settings etc?
2. I need to amend the name of "Attach file" to "Attach file/ photo" on the Create a case page- any ideas were this can be found?
3. I also need to be able to allow employees under a contractor account (lookup to accounts within cases) to be able to view cases their company is assigned to as well as Customers and both parties able to make view /notes on the case but only for the cases they should see.
any assistance with any of these would be hugely appreciated.
