Hello, since yesterday we noticed that the e-mail message body window has shrunk in the CRM.
Does anyone know if there's a way to make it bigger without having to click on the "Full screen" button on the right corner?
Customer agents find that anoying to have to do more clicks for an email. Throughout the whole case management process there is already many clicks to do, so if I can find a way to minimize clicks it would help productivity.
you can also use rich text editor control instead of activity editor control, as the latter was deprecated
the rich editor control offers more customization options, like adjusting editor height
check the browser zoom level as well as sometimes this can affect the display of the email editor
ensure the browser is set to default 100% to avoid display issues
if none of the other options above work, you can always consider custom scripting - to adjust the height of the email editor
then add this script as a web resource file and link it to the email form
