Seeing all customers of a given account manager

Hi all

Is it possible to see a list of all the customers assigned to a given account manager grouped by account manager?

I want to sit with all the account managers and go through their customers one by one but I need to be able to create a list of accounts each one is responsible for. Currently we are assigning an account manager to an account using the Related > Connections feature.

Hi OllyMUK,

You could also view all accounts group by 'account manager' in the view with sort function.

While it would be better to collapse related records with report function.

Thanks Johnny. Worked perfectly. Then I used the custom view to create a report.

It's easy to be realized in Advanced Find Feature. Pls refer to the following step by step operations.

1. Edit the Connection advanced Find View and add 'Connected From' & 'Role(From)' volumn:

2. Go to Advanced Find and set filter as following example:
