Hi,
I am an end user of GP, and do not have access to the SQL server. I want to export our vendor email listing out of GP but its not available on any of the smart lists I have available to me, and all the online solutions I find seem to involve extracting from the SQL database. Is there a way that the end user with basic privileges is able to pull a listing of all the vendor email addresses that are in the Vendor Cards?

Do you know how to create a data connection inside Excel? If you do point it to your company database and then look in the SY01200 TABLE. The master type will be VEN and the email address will be in the INET1 field.

Your image is too small to be read. Are you sure you are looking at your company database? The table name is SY01200.
Yes, I am looking at my company database. I'm not sure why its not uploading the full size image, but the table listing jumps from SY00900 to SY40100 with no tables available for me to select in between. I ran all the vendor/address tables, and the email field doesn't come over
You are missing many tables. Do you have access to SSMS? If not do you have MS Access?
