Budget planning workflow - how to use it in a demo

Hi All,

I need to prepare for a Demo of the Budgeting module, where I will show the whole end to end flow. My only issue is to understand the workflows. I have now created a Budget plan, which was in status Initial, and the I adjusted the budget plan and submitted it to the workflow. The status of the budget plan is 'In review'.

How can I see who has received the budget plan to approval?

Since this is a demo, can I somehow be the approver in all stages? So that I can show all the steps?

I would be so happy if I could get some help here! Thanks in advance :-)

Hi,

Yes, you can check where is the workflow now from the View history button and also, you can reassign it to click on the view history to see where the workflow is now then at the end of the page you will see work Items tab, from reassign button change it to your user.

I'm using the demo setup and have not changed any setup, I have though created a new budget plan process. My workflow does not look like yours, there is only one workflow activity, and then the workflow is stucked. The legal entitiy I'm testing the process in is USMF. Do you know what else the solution could be? Here are the screenshots:

I actually do not know if it's a devbox. Is there another way to check if the batch job is the issue? I have checked the batch job overview, but couldn't find any budget workflow (don't know what the jobdescription would be for budget planning workflow)?

I still have the same issue.

My environment is not a devbox.

And I changed the workflow to auto-approve, and still it's stucked in the workflow status Review.

Any ideas what this could be?

Issue is solved:

The workflows had the status Withold, after changing them to Waiting it worked.
