Promotional to Finished Good and Finished Good to Promotional Product

Dear,

We have the requirement Promotional to Finished Good and Finished Good to Promotional Product Convert through the system but the On hand inventory should be visible in both the SKU. 

Can any one help in this regards. I need urgent Solution for it.
