Hi Rosa,
Its hard to say what specifically could be going on without being able to get my hands dirty and actually get a copy of the integration to check all the mappings and query relationships and verify that each folder you are mapping is using the proper default source field and such. My recommendation would be to open a support case if you end up getting stumped on this one. You could try doing a reinstall of IM just to make sure everything is lined up with the current version of GP that you are on too as a last effort before opening a case.
Thanks,

The two customers are active in the card file. I just checked. Thank you for checking.
Not to put to fine a point on the error message - but it does mention that the Macro has HIT an INACTIVE object. Is it possible that one of the items or one of the customers records is marked Inactive in the card file?
Just wondering.
Isacc Thank you for your reply. I did the method 1 to 3 and checked for number 4 and I still get the same message. We have several users here and I just re-entered the registration keys that I had already there. We had had GP for 20 years now so not sure if the registration key should be different. We don't have a 3rd party and we haven't modified the Sales Transaction Entry window.
Hello,
I have seen similar errors resolved by doing one of the following:
1. Readd the destination adapter as it may be outdated. Do this by opening up the integration. Click on the "Add Destination" button. Select the same destination you are currently using. For example, if you are running a Sales Transaction Integration, you would reselect the Sales Transaction Destination.
2. Reenter the Integration Manager Registration keys by clicking on Tools and then selecting Registration. Type in the registration keys that were provided when the product was purchased.
3. Save and rerun the integration.
4. If you still have the error after this, I would verify that no Third Party products are installed, and that the Sales Transaction Entry window is not modified.
Using Method 1 or 3 would be best to rule out Third Party products.
