I am struggling to find a unique identifier to use for a bulk deletion process in Dynamics Sales. The scenario is as followed:
We want to do a bulk deletion for the lost opportunities with the accounts that were created. I want to do this with the bulk record deletion. The works but the problem is, I have also a different flow and field for existing accounts in the lead entity. When the opportunity and accounts get deleted, I don't want the accounts that were already in dynamics before the qualifying stage to get deleted as well.
Can someone help me with a flow for this?

Hi Chaima,
We can directly use bulk record deletion to reserved accounts that were in dynamics before the qualifying stage.
Here are the steps you can followed:
1. Go to Power Apps Home Page: https://make.preview.powerapps.com/
2. Click Tables and select “Opportunity”.
3. Click Forms, select Opportunity main form.
4. Add “Pipeline Phase” column in the form, Pipeline Phase will show the opportunity stage.
5. Save and publish.
6. Create a bulk record deletion and set filter like these to delete Account and Opportunity:
1) Account
Before qualifying the lead entity which has the existing account, the lead status reason will be new and contacted.
