Slow Loading and blinking problem in Sales Order Data

Hi,

S/w- Ax Dynamics 2012

DB and s/w Installed at some other location and accessed using remote desktop in win 2012 server.

while login as user and try to load sales order data its showing "processing". It stucks for a long time. But for some users the problem is not there.

Hi Safeer

You have checked if for the "slow user" apply particular filters?

Furthermore, try to use Trace Parser in order to have a clear picture about what the form is doing.

Here are some tips

Run table clean up.

Disable possible database log.

Increase the memory size for each user.

If there are a much time passed then restart the SQL server services. This issue usually on where sql server standard edition is used for Dynamics Ax 2012.

Take downtime and run full database synchronized. possible some issues.

Also check the AOS configuration setting ip of database server is set instead of Name of machine. There is possibility that Host Name Resolution service is not working properly.

Hi,

I have Sys admin privilege. So I did following 2 steps :

1. close all sessions for particular user using "end sessions"

2. Then went to Local\users\ and delete all .AUH temporary files created during recent sessions .

After that users are able to use smoothly. But later after few days issue pop up.

could you make sure there is no auto refresh enabled anywhere in the code, and also check the Active method for any customized code which is costing you execution time.
