If I have the license and assigned permissions,

Why doesn't it appear here? How can I make it appear, or is that not possible?

The Dynamics 365 Sales app doesn’t appear in the Microsoft 365 waffle because it isn’t automatically surfaced there—even with correct license and roles. Visibility depends on environment, app installation, role sharing, and (optionally) admin pinning.
