there might be many reasons why event registrations may fail. It will be best to raise a support request so that it can be investigated.
In the support ticket, please do cover these details
- what does failing mean? do you see any error message while submitting registration
- is it failing for all submissions, or just some participants
- are these existing contacts in D365, and being created as new submissions
- was this ever working and suddenly stopped (vs never worked)
- add link to specific event URL, event registration page URL, and contact URL
