Just installed PO into a new environment and evaluating functionality. Create project and select 'Tasks' and get attached message: login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect.
I have worked through troubleshooting at Troubleshoot working in the Task grid | Microsoft Docs
All seems fine except PEX to be found in 'Project Parameters' I am afraid I haven't been able to locate 'Project Parameters' anywhere
This should help!

Hi,
I followed the instructions in your response; unfortunately, a new error shows "I do not have the project license". The weird thing is I can open Project (microsoft.com) without any issue.
We submitted Microsoft support ticket. After months of troubleshooting , product team acknowledged as as known issue and no ETA to fix. Work around solution is open project.microsoft.com in separate tab and try refresh.
Alternatively you can try open Project Operations in In-Private/Incognito window.
I posted this issue in user voice as suggested by Microsoft support team. Please vote for this.
We have been living this workaround solution over a year. I wonder why the product team couldn't fix this issue for years.
This is a bug. Just connect to project.microsoft.com and refresh your screen. The issue will then go away. This is due to it being project online and authenticating with O365.
