Response Details on Customer Voice survey response

I would like to share/show Response Details on the entity Customer Voice survey response (msfp_surveyresponse) with other users without giving them edit/delete rights on that survey.

In Dynamics (CDS) they can see the record, but they are unable to see the CV-report. It is loading for minutes, till it returns an error.

They can see the related Forms Pro survey question response (msfp_questionresponse) though so they have the privilege to see those records. 

What do I miss?

    Hidde - there is a permission limitation that impact showing the survey response. We are rolling out an update to the Response form to enable anyone who has access to the main entity records is able to see the survey response :

    That would be great. What is the ETA, and are there specific priviliges those users must have to see it? Or is it only access to the main entity?

    We started the roll out last week. The survey response is created as an activity to the main entity (e.g. contact, case) and it inherits the permission of the main entity record. Namely anyone who can access the contact, can see the survey response from the contact.

    Dear Welly: I get an error "Error loading control" when I update the form to add one of my fields. Do I have to publish ALL entities to remove this error? I did not change the field at all.

    bsheetal -- can you please check that the main form for "Customer Voice survey response" entity include the following fields on the form: "Source Survey Identifier" and "Context Data" both of those fields MUST be on the form (but can be hidden - set visible by default is turn off). The Response Details control (which you get an error) depends on the information from those two fields.

    Dear Welly Lee. Thank you! Your solution works for loading the iFrame now. I do see that responses that I have received before 10/25 this feature does not work, and for newer responses it works. It also does not show the NPS score on the iFrame. I have raised a ticket to see if I am able to get the feature to "older" responses that came in before the feature upgrade. I appreciate your help in this matter. BR. Sheetal.
