Purchase Price Variance (PPV)

How would one go about getting Purchase Price Variance (PPV) in AX?  I was looking for a report, but it doesn't seem as though there is one.  Anyone know of a good starting point, or even a form that shows this kind of data?

    Hi Andy.

    My suggestion would be to look at BI360, an Excel-based reporting tool with LIVE integrations to Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV/GP/SL. We have 1000s of fields in the out-of-the-box integration for GP and AX. BI360 has functionalities such as automatic report distribution, self-service reporting, drill-throughs etc. It can also run on the same server without any problems, and it is just a quick client install and you are up and running within the hour.

    BI360 is a self-service reporting tool with 500+ customers that also can be used as a planning tool in your budget & forecast process.

    Variance analysis statement report can help you: Inventory and warehouse management > Reports > Analysis > Variance analysis statement

    Though, there is no such reports in the system. But, definitely we can access the purchase price variance difference in AX by simply opening the ledger of PPV and open the Vouchers. We would get PPV transactions  .
