Generate a report and send as PDF attachment

Hi,

I am using Dynamics 365 CE online and one of my requirements is to generate a report and send it as PDF attachment once in a month. Generating a report is not complex, but I am not sure if CRM has any out of the box feature to create a PDF report. The requirement also wants the report to be copied to a SharePoint location. 

Can I use word template and populate the data and use Power Automate to send this as an attachment and also copy the file to a SharePoint location? 

Appreciate if someone can give options to achieve this requirement.

    Hello Partner, 

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    In CRM, if you already have available reports and if you run a report, the wizard will run the report and display value. in the wizard you can save the report as PDF as shown:

    This will automatically download the report as PDF for you after you run the report.

    As per your requirement it can be achieved through power automate to generate pdf and save it in shared location monthly.

    Thanks Venkat. Can you share any link or steps how to achieve this? are you referring to convert file to PDF action?
