    Hello Nick,

To avoid exposing information specific for your solution, could you open a ticket through support? If you don't hear back please email me your support ticket ID to ivkoblik@microsoft.com

    Thanks,

    Ivan.

    Hi Marcin,

We have a lot of interactions, however the PBI reports are still empty. Are there other things we have to take care off? I have all possible permissions in Social Engagement and on the Twitter accounts.

    Hope to hear from you.

    Kinds regards,

    Nick

There are several interactions: We assigned posts to colleagues, replys, likes, retweets, etc...

Like I wrote, this report is for interactions, not raw posts. Having 5000 posts does not mean you have a single interaction on them - e.g. assign to, label, reply, retweet, like, ...

    Please confirm you've got interactions.

Well, I  followed this instruction but the Power BI Dashboard (or anything else) shows nothing nor there are more than 5000 post within the imported timeframe.

The content pack focus is user engagement, all exposed data is for actions that users take in the Social Engagement application - assigning, labeling, replying etc. The report is for those actions and their associated posts. PBI is not alternative client to see all of Microsoft Social Engagement data. Can you clarify your Social Engagement solution situation and what you expect to see in the report?

The Power BI package is connected, but in the Power BI data is not showing. Tiles are mostly empty, though it showed only the number of posts. The user's account isgranted with full access privilegies and app id is correct. Can you help me with it?

    Hi,

I have got this working and its not too bad as long as you get your query right, once that's done the data is available in PowerBI to use as you want.
