    Hi akshaykupra,

To check whether your trial balance report is correct simply add the debit and credit transactions of all the accounts that you have and built the sum of all accounts. The total result should be 0. If not, there must be something wrong.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi akshaykupra,

We cannot see the headers of your columns.

Yet if the 2nd one says debit, the 3rd one credit and the 4th one the balance for the period, then there does not seem to be an error as debit and credit balances.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Can this issue be related to an Excel formatting error where dots and commas are probably not correctly differentiated?

Can you identify the account (line) where there is a difference to the Report data?

    Hi akshaykupra,

Please change the tag you used when creating the question. You indicated it is related to "Development / Customization / SDK". It appears to be not related to a customization, but Financial / General ledger.

If you haven't exported all rows to Excel or didn't select all for the totaling, you can also expect a not balancing total.

    Hi Ludwing,

there are some account showing which conatian account type "Total"(which does not contain transaction option) in trail balance report.

is this right to see entry of account type "total" included in trail balance report?. see the exampletb1.png
