I am not sure your D365 / CRM experience so see below
1. I would start with creating a Trial (trials.dynamics.com) to play with it ..
2. Start getting some of your certifications. I would start with PL-200, MB-210 and MB-230
3. Follow some of the MVPs along the way and their YOUTUBE channels have some great content.
4. Check some of the companies that start with an "Associate" or "Academy" consultant and see what the requirements may be. Apply and ask questions.
