Hi
I have M:M relationship b/w "account & contacts" and both entity have field "business unit" if that field have BU1 value in account field then i click on sub-grid + button it show only those contacts that have business unit field value "BU1" like that how could i do that.

It is impossible to do.
The sub-grid + button is used to create new records, not to show related records.
So could you make your needs more detailed? This way we can help you find a better way.
