We are working with a client that uses CRM 2016 on-premise version and wants to migrate to Dynamics 365 cloud. The problem is client has huge database size of around 50GB but limited user licenses in Prod environment i.e. around 30 user license.
In this situation, client might not qualify with Fast Track or any other migration program provided by Microsoft as per their eligibility criteria.
We are talking with Microsoft representatives to understand our options, but I wanted to check if anyone has faced similar situation before and the alternate options that they have come up with for migration.
